Processing of Orders
After your order has been received we will endeavour to deal with your order in the first instance. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email for us detailing the cost and description of goods. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time. Please note this the email acknowledgement is not a receipt. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will only take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Supply of Goods
We will endeavour to supply all goods ordered. All products and goods are subject to availability. In some cases the goods may be out of stock or discontinued and in this invent we will contact you as soon as possible offering a expected date of delivery or replacement, if this is not acceptable we will offer a full refund.
Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the estimated timescale, delays may occur, in this event you will be notified of any delay, loss or damage while your purchase is in transit or for any unforeseen circumstances that may occur that is beyond our control. We shall therefore be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Goods must be signed for by an adult of 18 years or older. Please ensure there is an adult present on the day of delivery to sign the relevant paperwork. All goods must be checked before signing for including opening parcels and checking goods are not damaged or broken, whilst the delivery driver is present. If the product/products are damaged Failure to do so will incur further delivery costs liable to you. We are unable to deliver outside the mainland UK.
Loss and Damage
Once the products have been delivered then it becomes the buyers responsibility, risk of loss or damage passes to the recipient after signing for the delivery.
Supply of goods
The supply of goods is subject to availability and unforeseen circumstances do occur. If we are unable to supply goods we will inform you as soon as possible, you will be advised of an estimated date of re-stocking. If the product is not available within an acceptable timescale, a full refund will be offered.

We endeavour to ensure that the prices are correct on the web site but errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct any prices at any time and will inform you of any changes we will give you the option to pay the corrected price or give you the option of a full refund.
